Position: Data Analyst / BI Developer Intern
Experience: Fresher
Internship Period: 06 Months
Approx. Stipend During Internship: Upto Rs. 6,000/- Per Month
Job Location: Pune

- Education: BE / BTech / BCA/ MCA (CS/ IT/ ENTC/ Electronics Branch Only)
- Batch: Pass out Year 2024/ 2025 Batch Only
- Percentage: No Percentage Criteria.
Job Description:
To support the development and maintenance of data dashboards, analytics reports, operational reporting, and automation solutions that provide actionable insights for business and client projects such as Bayer, BAGIC ITC, Bluedart, and CharterHouse. The intern will work with SQL, Apache Superset, Python, MySQL, Grafana, and operational data to support both analytics and day-to-day business operations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and convert them into reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain SQL datasets and interactive dashboards.
- Write, test, and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
- Validate data accuracy and identify data issues or inconsistencies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and operational reports.
- Monitor dashboards and identify operational exceptions and data gaps.
- Improve dashboard usability, filters, layouts, and visualizations.
- Automate repetitive reporting and data-processing activities.
- Support client reporting requirements and resolve dashboard-related issues.
- Assist with basic AWS server and system support.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of SQL and MySQL databases.
- Knowledge of Apache Superset and Grafana for dashboard development.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data processing and automation.
- Familiarity with Node-RED and Telegram Bot API is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of AWS and server management.
- Knowledge of data analytics, KPI reporting, and MIS reporting.
- Strong data validation and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
