Application and Enrolment

Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee admission to courses or selection in campus drives. All decisions are at the sole discretion of VibrantMinds Technologies and its hiring partners.

Fees and Payments

Course fees, if applicable, will be communicated clearly at the time of enrolment. VibrantMinds does not charge candidates for placement assistance or drive registrations.

Limitation of Liability

VibrantMinds Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these terms are violated.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
