Placement Assistance

VibrantMinds Technologies provides free placement assistance to all eligible candidates. Placement support includes campus drive notifications, resume preparation, interview grooming, and direct referrals to hiring partners.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have completed the required training program (if applicable)
• Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria specified by the hiring partner
• Regular attendance and active participation in placement preparation activities are expected

Placement Process

1. Registration for campus drives through our portal
2. Verification of candidate credentials
3. Shortlisting based on hiring partner requirements
4. Interview coordination and scheduling
5. Result declaration and offer letter facilitation

No Fee Policy

VibrantMinds does not charge any fee for placement assistance or campus drive registrations. Placement support is provided as a free service to help freshers launch their IT careers.

Candidate Commitment

Candidates are expected to:

• Provide accurate and honest information in their profiles and applications
• Appear for scheduled interviews and assessments
• Accept or decline offer letters within the specified timeframe
• Maintain professional conduct throughout the placement process

Registration with VibrantMinds does not guarantee employment. Placement outcomes depend on candidate performance, market conditions, and hiring partner requirements.
