Job Description:
Software Developers should participate efficient in all of the SDLC phases , with Design, test and develop software to meet user needs effectively, Critical thinking and Strong problem solver, Write and maintain software with required coding conventions, Create efficient databases for organisations, Good Analytical and Technical skill sets, Document application process for future maintenance and upgrades.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/ user interface to back-end data processing.
- Ability to understand architecture and design applications accordingly.
- Ability to understand and follow the software development processes.
- Ability to lead the Technical Team for Project Deliveries
Skills Required:
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Writing back-end code and building efficient Node.JS Module.
- Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
- Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
- Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
- Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
- Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
- Experience with Cache tool like Redis & NoSQL database.
- Experience with Postman, debugging and performance testing software.
- Troubleshooting application and code issues.
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git along with Azure/AWS cloud concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript & Database.
- Back End Design - Defining System Architecture, Database schema, creating APIs for integration and relationship handling between tables with good knowledge on Web Storage (Cookie, Local Storage, and Session Storage)

Position 2: PHP Developer

- Develop, record and maintain web based PHP applications.
- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
- Experience in Frontend Integration and functionality testing
- Should handle Requirement structure and Development Format Conversions
- Interpret and evaluate business needs to determine risks along with design apt solutions
- Write all clean object oriented PHP Laravel as well as efficient SQL
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of back end development technologies PHP Laravel,MySQL and libraries.
- Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap, AnjularJs etc.
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers and environments.
- Proficient in PHP,HTML5,Java Script, Jquery Expert.

Position 3: BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Operational Lead to be responsible for designing software and executing the tests on software usability. He/she will be responsible for the quality of software development and deployment. Some of the duties include analysis of software, mitigate risk, and prevent software issues and efficient support on ongoing issues from Client and deliveries of projects within agreed budget & timeline
Role & Responsibilities:
- Participate and get the business requirement with supporting documentation (BRD,SRS, etc).
- providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression). Manual Testing
- Detect and track software defects and provide solutions
- Co-ordinate with Clients, team, & Vendors.
- Good knowledge on STLC lifecycle , type of testing , Testing strategy Test Execution
- Customer convincing skills sets and Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Flexible for traveling required during client acquisitions or training.
- Able to conceptualize designs,collaborate well,dynamic & ensure maximum usability
- Support discovery phase with innovative & impactful systems solutions,
- Build/Review mockups and wireframes and convey requirement in Team
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing journey
- Design skills such as sketches, wireframes, user-flows
- Experience in data visualization techniques and tools
- Strong written, verbal communication skills and customer convincing skills
- Good organizational, Analytical skills and detail-oriented/Innovative mindset.
- Flexible for traveling required during client aquisitions or trainings (If Team member unable to close on time)
