Position: Salesforce Development
Experience: Fresher
Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 3,50,000/- to Rs. 4,00,000/- per Annum.
Job Location: Pune / Jaipur
Job Type: On site
Bond: 2 Years (If the bond is broken, a penalty of 2 Lakh will be incurred.)
Educational Criteria:
- Education: BE / BTech / BCA / BCS / BSc / MCA / MCS / MSc (All Branches)
- Batch: Pass-out Year 2025 & 2026 Batch Only
- Percentage: No Percentage Criteria
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and support projects based on client requirements and business needs.
- Contribute across the project lifecycle by analyzing requirements, working with data, and resolving development-related issues.
- Apply object-oriented design principles and programming fundamentals while building solutions.
- Build reliable and scalable software solutions using modern development methodologies and best practices.
Skills Required:
- Training/Certification: Basic Salesforce training or certification is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Personality: Confident, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative in a team environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in at least one programming language with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working across shifts and adapting to different technical domains as per project needs.
- Willingness to work from the Jaipur office.
- Readiness to work in any shift as per project requirements, including EST, PST, and IST.
