- Batch: Pass out Year 2025 & 2026 Batch Only
- Percentage: 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation
Job Description:
As a German Language Specialist, you will support interactions with German speaking customers and stakeholders ensuring effective communication and high-quality service delivery. You will assist in translating and reviewing documents emails reports and business communications while maintaining linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Communicate with German speaking clients via email chat and phone
- Translate and proofread documents from German to English and vice versa
- Support customer service and business operations teams
- Ensure accurate and professional communication across all channels
- Maintain records reports and documentation as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and business requests
Skills Required:
- German language proficiency at B1 B2 C1 level Certification preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Good analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
