Position: Trainee Software Tester (Software Testing)
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 3,00,000/- to Rs. 3,25,000/- Per Annum
Job Location: Navi Mumbai
Bond: 03 Years
Educational Criteria:
- Education: BE / BTech / BCA / BCS / BSC / MCA / MCS / MSC (CS/IT Branch Only)
- Batch: Pass out Year 2023 / 2024/ 2025/ 2026 Batch Only.
- Percentage: No Percentage Criteria
Role and Responsibilities:
- Test and validate new, existing, and enhanced Connect Project features.
- Prepare test cases, identify defects, and coordinate with developers for resolution and retesting.
- Support UAT, regression testing, production validation, and day-to-day application operations.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, employees, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and feature implementation.
- Maintain feature, issue, testing, and project trackers.
- Prepare SOPs, test reports, user guides, and project documentation.
- Conduct feature demos and provide user support and basic training.
- Communicate updates and identify system/process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Terms and Conditions:
- Selected candidates must agree to a 3-year training agreement as part of the commitment to professional growth and development.
