Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven QA Tester to support software testing activities for PEGA applications
The intern will work closely with functional consultants, developers, and testing teams to validate system functionality, execute test scenarios, identify and document defects, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
- Participate in status meetings and report testing progress.
- Identify, document, and track defects using testing tools mainly JIRA.
- Verify bug fixes and perform retesting activities.
- Support Regression, Functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Maintain test execution evidence and documentation.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Understanding of testing concepts such as: Functional Testing, Regression Testing, UAT.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SAP HCM and HR Management System would be an advantage (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge of defect management tools such as JIRA is an advantage. (Good to Have)
