- Batch: Pass out Year 2025/2026 Batch Only
- Percentage: 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation
Role 1: QA Tester (HR Management processes)
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven QA Tester to support software testing activities for SAP ERP applications, with a focus on SAP HCM and HR Management processes. The intern will work closely with functional consultants, developers, and testing teams to validate system functionality, execute test scenarios, identify and document defects, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
- Participate in status meetings and report testing progress.
- Identify, document, and track defects using testing tools mainly JIRA.
- Verify bug fixes and perform retesting activities.
- Support Regression, Functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Maintain test execution evidence and documentation.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Understanding of testing concepts such as: Functional Testing, Regression Testing, UAT.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SAP HCM and HR Management System would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of defect management tools such as JIRA is an advantage.
Role 2: QA Tester (Payroll)
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Testing Intern to support quality assurance activities for SAP ERP applications, particularly within SAP HCM and Payroll. The intern will work closely with developers and testers to validate application functionality, identify defects, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of manual testing activities such as test case creation, test execution, defect reporting.
- Familiarity with HR business processes such as hiring, leave management, performance management and payroll.
- Exposure to defect management and test management tools such as JIRA, JIRA-Xray, Azure DevOps etc.
- Understanding of the defect lifecycle, defect prioritization, root cause analysis, and defect tracking best practices.
- Ability to create and maintain test documentation, test evidence, and communicate testing results effectively.
- Understanding of core SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management, and Payroll.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Exposure to AI tools and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar productivity solutions is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Test Automation concepts and frameworks.
- Basic hands-on with automation tools such as Selenium/ UFT or similar testing tools is preferred. Knowledge/Hands-on with Worksoft Certify/ Tosa would be added advantage.
- Ability to code using any coding language such as Java, VB Scripting, Python etc.
- Ability to understand, modify, and execute basic automation scripts.
- Basic knowledge of SAP HCM and HR Management Systems
