Job Description:
Praavega's Engineering Intelligence BU works with large industrial software and engineering clients. This role is created to build a strong, second line of coverage for our key account relationships — someone who combines field presence at the client site with structured inbound lead generation from our Pune office, working closely with the Key Accounts Manager to grow the account.
Roles & Responsibilites:
- Maintain client relationships through regular site visits and address routine queries.
- Identify new business opportunities and report updates to the Key Accounts Manager.
- Support client meetings, interview scheduling, and revenue growth activities.
- Execute inbound lead generation through email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Qualify leads, maintain CRM records, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Track open positions, recruitment progress, and resource billability.
- Coordinate resource onboarding, offboarding, and training records.
- Prepare weekly reports on client activities, sales pipeline, and lead generation performance.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables) for tracking and reporting.
- Sharp verbal and written communication — comfortable representing Praavega directly with client stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for client site visits.
- High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple trackers and data sources simultaneously.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — this role is a growth track toward a full Key Accounts Manager position for the right performer.
