Position: Support and Implementation Analyst
Experience: Freshers
Approx Package: Up to Rs. 6,09,000/- Per Annum.
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Shift: Day Shift
Bond: 3 Years (If the bond is broken, a penalty of 2 Lakh will be incurred.)
Educational Criteria:
- Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech (All Branches)
- Batch: Pass out Year 2025 & 2026 Batch Only
- Percentage: 70% in 10th & 12th
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing the product and onboarding new clients.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their workflows, requirements, and business processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, implementation progress, and support activities.
- Provide product support and troubleshoot client-reported issues.
- Analyze application logs, browser developer tools, and API errors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Communicate fixes, resolutions, and build updates to clients.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional approach.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and Postman.
- Ability to inspect browser developer tools and analyze Python application logs.
- Problem-solving mindset with decision-making ability
- Multitasking, teamwork, and coordination skills.
