Position: RTR Accounting – Junior & Team Lead
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Approx. Package:
- Junior positions: 2 to 3 years of experience - Package - Upto Rs. 5,00,000/- to Rs. 6,00,000/- Per Annum
- Senior positions: 5 to 6 years of experience - Package - Upto Rs. 8,00,000/- to Rs. 10,00,000/- Per Annum
Job Location: Pune
Eligibility Criteria: CA Inter/CMA Inter/CA Freshers/M.Com
Role & Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliation and cash accounting
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Fixed asset accounting
- Project accounting – Procore & non-Procore
- Consolidation, straight-lining, deferred revenue & AR aging
- VAT and statutory reporting
- Local GAAP compliance
- Lease accounting
- Payroll, withholding, bonus & benefits accounting
- Expense accounting, accruals & AP aging
- Month-end and year-end closing activities
- Account reconciliations and reporting
Skills Required:
- Strong accounting fundamentals
- Good knowledge of reconciliations and month-end close
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Excel and ERP knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good Knowledge on GAAP
Team Lead – Additional Responsibilities
- Lead and review RTR activities and month-end close
- Team allocation and performance management
- Stakeholder coordination and issue resolution
- Process improvement and quality control
